Movement

As we age it becomes more and more important to exercise. Movement is key. Exercise doesn't have to be going to the gym and lifting weights or a step class or cycle class. Just walk. Get out and walk. Start slow and in a very short time you will increase your stamina. It can be that easy. The weather is changing for the better finally. Take advantage of it. Go for a walk at least three times a week. The adage move it or loose it is true. You must keep moving if you want to enjoy a good life as you age. Start slow but keep it up.
